"Our backyard dream wedding wasn’t the original plan. Before COVID-19 we had a big wedding with all of our family and friends planned and booked, but 2020 had other plans in store for us.

As we were forced to cancel invites and reservations, we could always count on you to help us see the bright side. No matter what hurdles the pandemic put in our way, you worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding day would be a magical day and find safe (and digital!) ways to include our family and friends.

We loved everything about our backyard wedding. I secretly think everyone wants to have an intimate romantic wedding, but that dream often fades away as you try to include everyone you love. The way we see it, we got the wedding we truly wanted instead of the one we felt obligated to hold."
