love rocks - sweetwater music hall

Elaine + Jeph live in southern California, but visit family in Marin often. They we're guests at several celebrations planned by 38north Design Co. At one of the events Elaine connected and asked us if we planned weddings....well depends?!

Seems like a simple answer, Yes or No - but not really. We LOVE weddings, however our focus is on non-traditional weddings. So often the answer is NO. But when we meet folks that are looking to do something a little different the answer is yes! The couple wanted to do civil ceremony near their home with just each of their teen children with them and focus the ceremony on blending their new family of four.  Then the wanted to do a blow out FUN reception in Marin. So now the answer is HELL YES!

We got to know the couple a little, worked up a budget and wishlist and then presented them with LOVE ROCKS a concert vibe celebration at the Sweetwater Music Hall. While we try not to boast too much, we may have hurt ourselves patting our own backs after this one - the night was amazing.

From the VIP Tickets we sent out to guests along with wristbands the week before the event, to the amazing photo moment designed by us and installed by Celebrations of Marin to the custom MERCH, it was a super fun and festive evening had by all, including 15 teens.
