Swifty Band Concert Fundraiser

Fundraiser Concert + Food Festival

We collaborated with parents from Ross School, who were hosting a fundraiser, to create an unforgettable backyard gathering, featuring a Taylor Swift inspired band, diverse + tasty food options from trucks and tents, and interactive stations like a make-your-own keychain & charm bar and a pick your toppings frozen custard dessert bar.

Our goal was to ensure that there was something enjoyable for everyone, both kids and adults. At the Will Call Tickets & Check In, we handed out 'VIP Pass' lanyards that provided tickets for guests to enjoy the food offerings with ease.

Lisa and the Unreal Tattoo team provided fun options like glitter hair doodles, eye gems, and sparkle freckles - that were a big hit with attendees of all ages! A highlight of the event was the Bubble Bar, complete with custom printed cups. Folks were able to find their way with clear directional signage and know what all the offerings included with curated menus.

We designed a festive marquee light installation and teamed up with Amity Decor to accent the stage with balloons as well as a beautiful balloon moment and photo booth backdrop.
