The Outdoor Art Club - Mill Valley

From the jump, our guests of honor said that the food had to stand out and be delicious. So of course we called on Sage Catering to create stations that would delight both the adult and teen taste buds. To drink, the adults had the choice of a "Mazel Mule" or a "Pretty in Paloma" and the teens were greeted with "Disco Lemonade" and "Flower Fizzes"

We curated mixed seating options- from traditional tables to low picnic spots from Picnic Potential, as well as cafe tables close up to the dance floor. And of course we had disco balls adorned with florals hanging from the wisteria covered arbors, to bring the artwork from the invitation to life.

And for a bit of surprise and delight we had a tarot card reader in the secret garden under the weeping willow.

It was very important to our clients that any “favor” or “swag” at the event included a hands-on or interactive element. So, we partnered with Fog City Charm Bar to create a charm bracelet–making station, where each guest designed a keepsake bracelet to take home. The curated charms were thoughtfully selected to tie into the garden disco Bat Mitzvah theme, making the experience both personal and memorable.

As the sun went down the dance floor lit up. The Buzz Booth photo opportunity was a huge hit and the take home prints with party branding tied everything together. Outside, Marin Event Lighting added a festive touch that transformed the garden patio into a sassy starlight flower power lounge. And while everyone was grooving inside the clubhouse, we set up the sweet treat dessert bar with delights from Baked Blooms and Woodbine Bakery.
